Small Wonders- For Harper’s Bazaar Arabia
Small Wonders is a series of editorial images commissioned by Harper’s Bazaar Arabia showcasing some of the smallest handbags from Spring Summer 2021. This body of work explores the dividing lines between our engineered human society and the organic one that sits just outside the window. The images are crafted to be aesthetically calm and harmonious, whilst embodying a dystopian narrative; an imaginary world where luxury accessories sit alongside man made scenes altered by an ever encroaching natural world.
Bringing together four multidisciplinary creative forces the project encompasses a wide variety of techniques and approaches with the aim of transporting the viewer to surreal worlds. Worlds where architecture, colour and light shift with the climate.
